Help with Pixallax

Pixallax quick checks

• Extract the complete ZIP before opening index.html.
• Use a current desktop browser in the advertised environment.
• If Export is unavailable, select Generate and read the status message.
• For palette errors, use a .hex or .txt file under 64 KiB with 5–256 unique six-digit RGB HEX colours.
• If a ZIP does not appear, check the browser download panel and download location.

Still having trouble?

Email us with your Pixallax version, browser and the steps that led to the problem. For a scene or export issue, include the biome, dimensions, seed, layer count and palette you used. Copy the exact error message if one appears.
